"IT'S ALIVE"---The cry came from the hall Which echoed off the gray stone walls Then spilled beyond the castle grounds Thus, rang through streets and filled the town And so I ran with all my might To witness this historic sight And when I got there, all he said "False alarm---the thing's still dead" By JT Curtis 10/2666/2014 http://pizap.com/image/1041122387pizapw1414329648.jpg

Great poem Jerry! I loved reading it BUT, it's killing me. What, is dead?

Dear Brenda, This I wrote as a tribute to Colin Clive in his amazing roll as Dr Frankenstein in the 1931 classic. His cry "It's Alive" was incredible and unforgettable. Thus "It's" the monster which is dead. Thanks Brenda.
