Skids McDaw demanded to have a beard a desire that some thought weird. It was ugly, scary and made people wary of creatures it hid that they feared.

ha ha ha I see you are back with another humourous gem Paul - I am not a great fan of beards, you often see that folks could have another meal on what gets trapped in those hairs lol:-) hugs Jan xx

Obviously, I'm still behind in acknowledging comments. Apologies (again). I agree with you: Beards are fermented food factories. In my rash, reckless youth, I tried to grow one. The result was terrifying (Health Dept. came after me--or should have). Hugs xxx . Paul

I've had a beard since I was 15. As long as you keep them short and groomed they look nice:) Nice limerick, Paul. Haven't seen you in a while, Great to see you again:)
