Isolating

The government say isolate stay inside don't go out your gate. Cannot go shopping or into the street stay away from family and friends that you meet. So I sit alone and stare at the floor what should I do if there's a knock on the door. Whith all these thoughts going around in my head would it be worth getting up Out of bed. Thay say we can go out now but I think I will wait just incase I have to Re isolate.
