Is there still time for us? vs 1 I wake to a sunrise, and a beautiful blue sky, I'm still filled with the big why Is there still time? vs 2 I see that the earth still turns, we watch as our bridges burn? will we humans ever learn? Is there still time? Chorus Is there still time for us? Isn't this pain enough? What happened to our love? Can we figure things out? Vs 3 I look to the blackened space, I wish I could see your face, Our past cannot be re-traced I still look to the stars Vs 4 I'm sure that you're still there, Help me believe you still care, I'll follow you anywhere, No matter how far! A bit of melancholy in your question: is there still time? We don't always know but we certainly try. That is the message your chorus delivers ---as verses explore the complexity of mind probing unanswered questions. So well written! Hope you set this to music, John.
