Is He Mine
heart
bloody and raw
tossed aside
or treasured
he loves
he does
doesn't he
please let there be truth
please let him be mine
forever and a day
mine to love
mine to cherish
mine to hold and trust
he has my heart
I am his
but is he mine
why this doubt
the pain strikes hard
my heart calls for him
missing him with each beat
each breath says his
each bone waiting
