(Wrote this when court where live ruled had to remove manger scene from public building ) I can understand the reason, as I would not want all kinds of other faiths demonstrated in Government buildings either. However, the only reason we ever had holidays off this time of year was due to Christmas, Christ's Birthday. So that does not need to stop those who do believe in Christ from expressing it on their own property if they choose. In fact several business owners are putting up their own manger scenes on their businesses. )
Let's celebrate the Christmas season
In public places, no manger scene allowed
We must not offend is the reason
It is Jesus birthday
Shhhh, don't say it too loud
Happy Holidays, Seasons greetings
Shop till you drop for family and friend
Store executives spend time in meetings
Planning bargains to get you to spend
After all that is what Christmas is about
Parties, goodies, decorations, gifts to receive
Santa Claus and his reindeer will visit no doubt
Oh foolish people whom the world can deceive
Let's celebrate the X-Mas season
Christ is not allowed
We must not offend is the reason
Jesus is not invited to his birthday
Shhhh, don't say His name too loud
If this nation lets Jesus name die
Show others His strength, courage, and love
Onward Christian Soldiers, let's keep His name alive
The Bible shows how, it is inspired from above
Read the Bible, challenge, test it, you will see
God sent His Son, Jesus, to love and free you and me
Invite Jesus into your heart and home
Even in this great, but sinful nation, you will never be alone
Christians celebrate the birth of Jesus baby boy
Decorate your house and tree
To express your faith and joy
Keep Christ in Christmas
He is alive and real and will forever be
