Irish Green

I’m going to talk a little Irish And what it is an Irishman seeks today If it is to search for that pot of gold I thought I’d help a little along the way. First find yourself that lucky Shamrock And it’ll find you a Leprechaun And while the Leprechaun is leading you I’ll hold your wallet while you’re gone. And if you still can’t find him Cheer up and raise a glass or 3 of green In no time the little guys will surround you And that’s not all that you’ll be seeing. But now I do have some further advice So please follow every other word I say Remember to raise, with me, another glass On this fine St. Patrick’s Day! Brenda Elizabeth Rose
