Introspection
I Inwardly looking
N Noting my flaws
T Taking stock
R Remembering my youth
O Observing my growth
S Sadly, reflecting
P Perennially regretting
E External poison
C Contemplating life remaining
T Till something makes sense
I In the world I call home
O One must admit
N Nothing ever changes but never stays the same
