Oh I know this one only too well Jill I have had sleep issues ever since my hubby had cancer surgery in 2013:-( You could always try reading my poems - you will soon be asleep lol hugs Jan xx

I, too, find it hard to sleep....because of the many thoughts that get so deep....at bed time, they seem to always creep....delivering restless nights heap after heap....very inspiring jill....;)

If Scientists would just work a little faster, I might get this ability as well as teleportation!! I am not asking for much:)
