Innocent Flirt

Hope flows like a rising river, ferrying dreams upon its waves. And making nervous souls quiver, it runs toward what the heart craves. Life's unpredictable scramble lends itself to heartbreaks and fears. And love is a high-stakes gamble, offering happiness or tears. Betrayal's an intimate hurt, penetrating both heart and soul. And even an innocent flirt often levies a costly toll. As countless tears of sadness spill, dreams hide behind a false facade. And yet, you believe in them still; though some are grievously flawed.

It is cracked because it's been broken so many times, but if nothing else it's resilient. Emile.

Dear Emile, Another emotion write coming from a youthful pens epic flow, oh to be young again lol, the heart is often flawed love this line, and it's honestly truthful, we hurt the ones we love by just an innocent flirt, not meaning two 99 percent of the time, or just to tease to get a reaction, but the bad thing is after that the event will always come back to haunt us in the end, love the poem and how you've written on this topic, cheri
