Inner Me

With a cup of raindrops I begin anew... Lightly dropped on the floor, till my words grew... Small petals peak out from under the light... With only small sounds heard as we drift into night... Morning arrives with a buffet of thoughts to write down... They are all consumed slow as a daydream stays around... The pages now covered in a poetic landscape outlined by the sea... There I sit and gaze at a portrait of my inner me...
