Inner Cleansing-A Walk By the Ocean

Cast the burdens of your heart Into the restless sea Allowing them to be forever swallowed Setting your heart free Release the troubles from your mind Unto the whispering wind Never to be heard from Within your mind again Empty the sorrow within your soul Unto the blistering sun For it to be forever burnt up Once this deed is done Breath in deeply the beauty of life Releasing all vexations of past days Being thankful as you exhale As all tensions have been cast away

The seaside is a wonderful place for serenity and insight. One of my favorite song artists goes to the beach for inspiration. I am impressed by this verse. It is so comforting and so assuring. Great one! Always, Laura
