In the Shadowlands
I chased the former me
I couldn’t catch it
I let it run free
I know, not this being
For it is not me
Anymore
I let it run free
In the Shadowlands
I have no fear
For it is not me
Anymore
I let it run free
I know who I am now
Such dark places
In the Shadowlands
Are not for me
I let it run free
I left that place
Of dark
It is not part of me
I embraced
The love and light
Of a Shadowfire
That lay in you
Lay in me
