In the Moment

Divinity ______ As quickly as morning dew has gone before a breath has touched the dawn I cry in compassion through lofty heights and drown in gardens of colored light Before a touch has fulfilled a dream I treasure this moment in eyes that gleam I pleadge an oath as deep as the sea and fall in the abyss naked and free With words of hope and sweet poetry I touch her light of love's charity ______ As quickly as morning dew has gone an evanescent love sings her song _________________________________________ Poet ~ Rick Parise 12/27/2014

It truly sounds so divine, the way you painted this picture. Love all the different rhymes that center on the long E sound toward the end of the poem. Soupmail.
