In Spring

I thrill to greet the spring when flowers bloom on my lovely trees. When I see those blossoms always in early April, I smile, knowing that spring’s goddess has come to gift my world with beauty and longer days of sunshine’s welcomed warmth.

Beautiful welcome of spring dear friend Andrea. In this poem you have shown the joy of spring while feeling it all around you and on your trees. In India we celebrate spring on Goddess Saraswati Poja day which falls in Feb. every year and wear Yellow dresses on this day while enjoying singing and dancing programme, which were once a part of Sarasswati Pooja in different states and cities.
