In Regards To the Universe

'Tis a blessing and a curse to wear the gavel and the gown, and run the bad guys out of town. But in regards to the universe and every soul placed on the scale - I am glad our justice fails, and all but a few of us (for better or worse) receives not what we most assuredly deserve. Inspired by the writings of Demetrios Trifiatis. P.S. I was going to share to something different this morning, but after stopping by Demetrios' page last night I got inspired with something unexepected.

You hit the nail on the head, Eileen! And yes, I just recently started reading from him, and he has many wonderful thoughts (and great poems).

I wonder what Annubis would think of this :) the beautiful thing about justice is that it's tailor made for our deeds, truly subjective, personal, inescapable. Your poem challenges my mind with rebellious eyes Timothy...J.A.B.

I have no idea what an Egyptian God might think ... lol. You're right about justice being the definition of subjective. Perhaps that's why there are so many that thing it's corrupt (while at the same time just) ... a bit of a paradox if you think about it too long! Your comments are a delight to read, for like me, you try to prod and truly understand. Thank you.
