In Between the Light and Dark
In between The light and dark,
When thoughts roam free unhindered,
When solitary contemplation reaps,
Its own reward before one sleeps.
The treasures of the mind enclosed,
In stasis, locked by our own fears,
In reverie, released and unencumbered,
A creative spark not seen, that slumbered.
To open up the mind, and give it rein to wander,
To freely follow paths that once you would not enter,
Should be your aim and resolute pursuit,
If you lose your way, no matter, there always another route.
