Is all about
Focus
If you cannot focus
Your mind,
You will get nowhere
It is
Like an SLR camera—
You have to keep adjusting
The focusing ring
On the range finder
Till the subject
Comes into focus
Then,
You have to
Focus further
Till the subject
Is in sharp focus
That is what
Meditation
Is all about!
