Impress Me

Don't try to impress me I know you all to well the market trader look when planning a deal I just know you are trying weighing the odds to pull a fast one over some poor sucker The sleepish look when you have cheated flowers and chocolates by the score tiredness the excuse as you roll away so don't try to impress me my dear Yet you being a great father and friend goes a long way towards forgiving you the loving way you help others in need all of this is what impresses me the most 07/28/2013 written for Impress me contest

I sure do like this one. I guess that title confused me. I thought he meant to enter a poem that would impress him. But I think this works well too , actually talking about impressing someone!!
