Immortal

I climbed the highest mountain to reach the icy dew Slayed the mighty dragon, I did, But it was only for you. If I were to be immortal, here is where i'd stay To stay with you means everything, Never, I would stray. But to be immortal means only one thing, I would leave you behind, Never to hear you sing. If I had a choice, mortal would be it. Why would I be different? For you, this choice mightn't fit. -Ariana Kulikov 2016
