Imagine you and I are free to be And chose to be together, Embracing life's tumultuous show Enchanted with the chance to grow. Imagine redwoods follow our path, Water beckons close at hand, Our climb lightened by mountain air, Our joy complete in being there. Imagine concerts at twilight, The shadow play of hands, The touching gift of melody I give to you and you to me. Imagine a breeze teasing your hair, The smell of fresh cut grass, Our child pressed tight against your thigh, I push the whirring mower by. Imagine love like summer rain, Supportive and yet free, If you love me and I love you Might all these images come true. Brian Johnston For Deborah Eppstein 04/06/79
