I'M Sorry My Love
My love, I question if I still deserve that name,
Aware of the depths of my wrong, consumed by shame.
I comprehend the magnitude of the pain I caused,
The realization hits, in sorrow, I'm truly lost.
Oh, how wisdom comes when love slips away,
The songs speak true, as they softly say.
I overlooked a treasure, while chasing worthless things,
Now I plead for your mercy, as my heart takes wings.
Though scars may linger, etched deep within,
I beseech your forgiveness, to heal what's been.
A soft corner in your heart, I humbly implore,
Grant me redemption, let love's flame restore
