I'M Not Alone Jesus Is Here
I’m Not Alone! Jesus Is Here!
I’ve been blessed to have a family
and home.
But often, I’ve felt like I was “all alone.”
I’d go to church each Sunday
and “did my best.”
But others didn’t know my trials
and stress.
I’d go out of my way and reach
out to others.
I’d do my best to help my sisters
and brothers.
Many would walk by me
and not once say; “hi.”
They’d simply kept walking
as they passed by.
I’d try to go to many of the
church’s events.
But much of my time,
with others, I spent.
Many nights, before bedtime, I’d pray.
I wanted to do God’s will and trust
and obey.
He was there and held me close to him.
He told me that he loved me
and was my friend.
Many had “left” me, but Jesus was
there for me.
Each day how, his presence and love
surrounds me.
Jesus was there when he was
desperately needed.
With him in my life, I’m blessed
and completed!
