I'M Blessed

I’m thankful for the moment The reassurance that I’m blessed With beautiful friends and family Those who encourage me to do my best I’m thankful for the canines Who have trampled through my life Leaving me with footprints of joy To remind me that I’m alive I’m thankful for the beauty Of sunset, ocean, tree and plant All the wonders of nature around us Showing us that life is a miracle from heaven I’m thankful for the many gifts Sent from heaven above to each of us Gifts of hope, peace, faith and real love To make us aware of the one who created us I’m thankful for a deep relationship With the one who died for my sins And rose again to remind me that I can Someday enter heaven’s gates with Him. I’m thankful for God’s gift to me The life that I’ve lived and all that he gives Through Jesus’ friendship and companionship The reminder that He is with me through every worry or fear. He is with me and I am blessed With more love than I can confess
