Its quite amazing how warm it is inside an igloo, the inside will stay at a constant temperature, while cold winds blow outside, ice kool Haiku Sara >> James

When we still had strong winters in the past, we as kids were building igloos and even lived there - only during the day - what an experience. But now we rarely have enough snow in winter. Ice is a good insulation and with a fire inside it should be quite cosy. Nicely written Haiku, Sara and thanks for commenting my poem Atacama....Gert

I love this one, being from Alaska and all! Yes, I've seen this beauty too! smile....Good one Sara. Keep writing, love light Patty PS The natives would be impressed that someone from the lower 48 would write a poem usually seen from their eyes.
