If These Walls Could Talk
If these walls could talk
They would tell the world
All the forgotten stories
The whispered secrets
The horrors and joys
Of the loved and the lost
They would tell of the past
As well as the present
They would tell of everyone
All the stories ever told
Of the moments one has missed
Of those tears first shed
The walls would speak the truth
If these walls could talk
They would whisper to the world
