If I Die Young

CHOURS
If I die young, bury me in satin, lay me down
on a bed of roses, sink me in a river at dawn, send
me away with the words of a long song,oh,oh.
Lord make me a rainbow,I'll shine down on
my mother, she'll know I am safe when she stands
under my colors, and life ain't always what you think
it ought to be no,ain't even gray, but she buries her baby.
The sharp knife of a short life well,I've had just enough time.
CHORUS
And I'll be wearing white when I come into your kingdom
I'm as green as the ring on my little cold finger.I've never
known the lovin of a man,but it sure felt nice when he was
holding my hand. There's a boy here in town says he'll
love forever.Who would have thought forever could be severed
by the sharp knife of a short life, well I've had just enough time.
So put on your best boy and wear my pearls. What I ever did
is done.A penny for my thoughts,oh know I'll sell them for a dollar.
There worth so much more after i'm a goner.Mayhbe then you'll hear
the words i been singing.Funny how your dead hoe people start listenin.
The ballad of a dove go wit peace and love, gather up your tears, keep
in your pocket, save them for a time when your really gonna need em.
Oh the sharp knife of a short knife, wellI've had just enough time. So
put on your best boys and I'll wear my pearls. SONG DONE BY THE BAND PERRY

Smile ~ I would know most assuredly of its absolute existence; and of course, "Many" other things have my eyes beheld both glorious &, extremely sad....Yet, again, I love in part the beautiful picture of which "Your Splendours" brushes here my dear lady in that, "Yes," robes of radiant bright shall surely be, the attire for many, come "That Majestical Day!!!" ~ ....Cont:)

Smile ~ Truly held within most part, "No Fear," of death for within the end of All things "They Knew" that, death was/is but a passing from the valley of the shadow of death unto, everlastings paradise wherein, sorrow shall "Never" reside again ~ And, I have seen the resurrected, walking aside fields of beauty &, I have beheld both heaven & hell; the latter that ~ ....Cont:)

Smile ~ "Sweet Song, Dear Precious & Lovely, Colleen Bone!!!'" ~ You know, I could feel a familier Spirit amid this stirring verse; sooo very beautiful really ~ But, what I do not seem to understand is this my dear: Why, are people here at Soup or even amid life itself so seemingly afraid or pre-occupied with death & its thoughts? For, "The Apostles, Disciples, Martyrs &, 'Children of Light' Along With 'Jesus Christ The Messiah Himself'" ~ ....Cont:)
