If I Die Young
If I die Young
Dont feel sorry for me
If my parents outlive me
Doesnt mean I wasnt happy
I want them to know my life was filled with quality
Nothing to be sad about
I dont want you to cry a river
Just one handkerchief is enough
Dont weep every single day after Im gone
In my short life so many I ve done
And have met many kind of people
Those are something worth celebrating for
So raise your glass of coffee, wine or whatever
I ll cheer with you
Cherish all happy moments you have with me
Make me as a reminder to live life fully
I was happy and rarely felt lonely
And thats a beautiful story
