I Write

Yes, I write As I cite In fond rites Yes I know As I grow Old sans glow Yes I see What may be Odd and free Yes I sigh With such highs That come by Yes I squeeze Words that tease The cool breeze Yes I ply Words that try To just fly Yes I can Work odd plan In weird scan Yes I bloom In sheer zoom Through mad gloom Yes I tell How words gel Where I dwell Yes I mind Thoughts I find In verse signs Yes I veil My prose tales Lest I fail Yes I sync My being With writing Yes I stick Words I flick Like clay bricks Yes I scratch Mix and match Steal a catch Yes I try Not to cry As words ply Yes I mime String my rhymes Glimpse clear chimes Yes I nudge That odd grudge With sweet fudge Yes I feel That sure thrill As words heal Leon Enriquez 03 August 2016 Singapore
