I Would Say
No matter what, please stay strong,
Address the issue, then carry on.
Remember that each day starts new,
Follow your instincts to make it through.
Never look back to contemplate,
The turmoil you've survived to date.
Look at life through a 'wide eyed lens'
Make mistakes, then make amends.
