I Wonder Why
I wonder why God is so good to me,
with all the things I do and say.
I wonder why God is so good to me,
with all the places I go.
I wonder why God is so good to me,
when I fail to obey His word.
I wonder why God is so good to me,
when I drift far away from Him.
I wonder why God is so good to me,
when I fail to read His word.
I wonder why God is so good to me,
when I fail to pray to Him.
I wonder why God is so good to me,
when I turn my back on Him.
I wonder why God is so good to me,
when I fail to go to church.
I wonder why God is so good to me,
it's because God is pure love.
I wonder why God is so good to me,
it's because God is perfect and forgiving.
