Every day that we wake up is a bonus.
Every day that we don't have a heart attack or get run over by a bus or a garbage truck is a bonus.
Every day that your soul is not required of you is a chance to do better.
We should learn to live our lives in thankfulness to The Father for His many blessings.
Stop being jealous of what someone else has and be thankful for what is YOURS.
God blesses us so that we can bless others. the more you share the more you have and you are too busy being happy to notice what your neighbor has that you don't have.
Count your blessings not your curses and you will find that your haves out weigh your have nots.
I woke up today.
I have another chance;
A chance to really look at life,
And appreciate the dance.
I have a chance to look,
At all He's done for me;
All the opportunities,
To be all I can be.
A chance to look around me,
And thank my God in Heaven,
For all I am, what I've become,
And all that He has given.
I don't have all I want,
But I have all I need.
When I want more I ask Him,
And He gives me a seed.
A seed to plant and watch it grow,
And see just what comes up.
I must work for what I want,
And He'll help fill my cup.
I'm grateful now for what I have,
Give thanks for what is mine.
Compared to most, though not the best,
My life is quite sublime.
I have a home, a car, a job,
I work and I am paid.
I've no cause to whine and moan,
'Cause I woke up today.
