I Will Remember

We walked the path, our hearts did follow, I will remember And stopped to rest beneath the willow, I will remember Blessed by the rains that fell in those early springs The evenings we watched the river flow, I will remember Through the years the harvest songs were sung Reaping then, the bounty that did grow, I remember Time grows short and comes the shadows But in your eyes the love I know, I will remember For all the days to follow these, I will remember The days of joy and days of woe, I will remember

Barbara, I like your use of end rhyme in this wonderful ghazal, it acts as an affirmation, very well done. Congratulations on your win.
