Sometimes it's all I can do to take another step Then God reminds me gently of the promises he's kept At times I want to say I quit I've had all I can take It's hard to take my words to heart I feel like I'm a fake I've tried so hard to be a light so that the Lord above Could use me as a vessel to eminate his love Giving up is not an option I've trusted God too long Even though my path is rough he keeps me safe and strong I know God is on my side the victory has been won By the power of the blood of Jesus Christ his son Lord don't let me loose my faith help me to live each day Contented in your love and peace as you gently lead the way
