I Want To Be Happy

I woke up anxious to start A new day. Little did I know what all would get in my way! I made myself coffee from A new brand I couldn't wait to try. It sure didn't taste like the pretty label it had, oh my! I drank it anyway determined to have A good day. I headed upstairs and tripped over my cat. The cat had an amused look and started licking it's back. Well at least I had nothing to worry about I thought to myself. This day could only go up from here! Combing my hair I had one strand standing straight up. No matter how I brushed it ,it was one stubborn strand! Now all I needed was my magic wand. But lo and behold I can't have one, not even to magically have more fun. How I had A busy day ahead and was on the run. Instead I pasted on a smile, even if for it to work might take awhile! Out the door I head determined to smile, and make this day very worthwhile!
