I Think About a Time

I Think About A Time… I think about a time, way back when… A time when I chose to be “born again!” I no longer did the things I used to do. Being a follower of Jesus was “new.” I was at my bedside, and invited him in! And asked for forgiveness of all my sin! Time with my Lord was time well spent! Of my past failures, I chose to repent! The love Jesus gave me, has been outstanding! It’s blessed me! Beyond all understanding! As time goes on by, and I’m getting old… I’m “old fashioned.” As I’ve been told! But Jesus is as real to me, as he was long ago! He’s brought rest for my weary soul! He’s fulfilled my life with his peace above! And brought to my heart, a never ending love! I’m so blessed to know that he’s mine! He’s change my life, and renewed my mind! He can do the same for you! Won’t you let him? All of your sins, he’ll cleanse and forgive them! I’m thankful for this time to really know him! What he’s done, I’m so grateful for him! Time with Jesus doesn’t need to be only in the past! He gives an abundant life… That will always LAST!
