Whom is this man known as Santa Clause, Or as old Kris Kringle, a historical Character of world renowned. Legends white bearded jolly elf, whom carries The true loving spirit, of Christmas within Himself. The patron saint of children, a toy maker, With a red and white sack, hanging over The elderly gentleman’s back, but care Does he not, the weight, for it holds The wishes, of many a small child inside. Kindnesses sparkle of joy, dances within His eyes on Christmas Eve, to lay beneath A decorated tree, are present's requests, of all Good little boys and girls do rest. In one night's magical ride, does he dash, Around the world, delivering the precious Gift, of peace on earth to all mankind. In a wintery wonderland, of ice and snow, A sacred figure silhouette is cast, from above Abreast the newly fallen snow below, illuminated By the moonlight. In a red crimson sleigh does he ride, pulled With eight tiny flying reindeer leading the way, It is old Saint Nicholas, bless his ageless Old spirit. For on Christmas morn, do the bells ring out, From wonderment’s heights above, it is the Sounding echo, of pure love's magic, heard Around the world. The spirit of this man known as Saint Clause, Is the living embodiment, of this magical Time of year, called Christmas. Within every grown child, still lives That magic, which endures always, It is that memory of past holidays left behind, And a jolly elf, whom touched our lives with Joyous splendor. What I'm asking is quite simple my friends, It's a question of faith and faith alone I still believe in Santa Clause, What about you? BY: CHERYL ANNA DUNN

I'm smiling at you for this one, Cherl. :) I love it. By the way, Lind'as grandbaby boy is doing good. The last I heard. However, I have not heard anything else. Not even a happy thanksgiving to the family. Maybe she is hibernating or getting ready. Love SKAT

Whether we grown ups believe or not does not matter that much, but I know how much I loved the anticipation of his Christmas arrival!! I hope that young ones will still be led to follow in our footsteps and enjoy the same emotions which set our heart and imagination aglow! A lovely poem, Cherl...the Christmas spirit can already be felt:) All the best ~~ paul
