I Started Writing
I Started Writing
I could write such a wonderful book
About where I went and each turn I took;
Every pretty scene with a nice view
Which would always remind me of you.
Chicks could see with their mother hen
In a barn where they once had been;
Cow was standing with her newborn calf;
When legs wobbled would make me laugh.
Saw beautiful mountain with a stream
That did remind me of a nice dream
About when I was just a little lad
Who was loved by my Mom and Dad.
Dad and I went fishing by a brook
When I did decide to write my book;
God said he'd help and I started writing;
Now everything has seemed so exciting.
