I Saw My Mother Smile

My father died She was angry She died inside Hard to make her laugh Impossible to see her enjoy life from that point on She just existed Last few days she wouldn't eat She wouldn't take liquid Last day on this earth JOY She smiled She talked to my Dad She argued with him Laughed with him and everyone that had passed before her I watched a miracle I believe
