I Remember

I remember looking into your eyes, Choking on the word "Goodbye". So I think about the better days. I think back on all the ways We used to get in trouble and The things we did to cause it. Then I remember looking into your eyes, Choking on the word "Goodbye". I stop and take a second. I take a deep breath and try to forget it. I realize smiling tonight is hopeless, So I lay in bed and let my tears drown this.
