I wonder what's the deep secret hiding deep in those verses.....it feels like an excerpt from a novel. Congrats for your amazing WIN with these few words! ;-) <3

Teddy, I could write the novel of my life, but it would be a very sad book, no one would read it I am sure, sadly these words are quite true, this is my plan, my ashes and those of my poetry will mingle when it is time ~

Andrea, thanks for visiting with that wonderful comment, yes indeed, this one has impact, and sadly is true, me and sister had a deep conversation, and this is what I want and she will make sure it happens, a little raw perhaps, but preparations must be in place, as my health is not the best, it is a fragile thread holding me here, and one never knows when their time will come, another thing we discussed are my pets, and oh happiness, she will take them to live with her -

From ashes to ashes, leaving nothing behind; time to start on fresh poetry on the other side, no longer sad, but forever beautiful. ~ Congratulations on placing first, Constance. ~ May I grab this opportunity to wish you all the best for this festive season. ~ Regards // paul

Constance, I am much older than you and just a minute ago I spoke to my aged mother on similar lines and don't ask me how much I have been berated! Lately I have been on the same wave length and can understand and respect your wishes. Love...

Balveen, well, yes I am young but my health is delicate and one never knows so my sister and I had this deep conversation, my funeral wishes are written down and my poems will go with me if possible, if not she will have them burned and put them with my ashes, it may sound morbid, but I am on a fragile thread, so we need to speak of these things ~

Broken Wings....I wish you long life, dear. I know your sentiments. My words are who I am. Thoughtful write....

Eileen, thank you for visiting and your lovely comment, you know me, always writing of death, I had this serious talk with my sister, somehow I just needed to know what will become of the poetry and this is what we decided. I will take it with me.

Again, well constructed with exact 20-word compendium, a smooth grammatical flow with neat 's' and 'p' alliterations. Super job! Best wishes, Keith

don't destroy the legacy made....out of your heart being laid....all over the paper with ink....I am aware of how deep your heart did sink....so deep that you wings became broken....so please do not stop this inspiration token.....;)

Eric, thank you for the beautiful comment, my sister and I have spoken and if my poems cannot be cremated with me, she will burn them and put them with my ashes, I want my ashes and my poems ashes to be as one, I know this sounds morbid, but one must be prepared for eternity, she will not delete anything I have written here, we are talking about the paper copies of my poetry....
Date: 12/17/2015 1:42:00 PM
There's so much pain in this one my dear , very touchy with these deep words...great work as always... ( and I pray God to keep u safe and sound ) hugs//dalia :D

Dalia, thanks for visiting my poem, I am well dear heart, but one must prepare for eternity, I cannot fathom my poetry fading on paper, the corners frayed and unread, put in storage somewhere so I wish to take them with me, my sister understands and will follow my wishes when the time comes, hopefully not for a long, long time ~
