I Refuse To Accept

I refuse to accept the notion, that i was a random act of fusion, between two cells, some cozy night, just to populate this world so full of blight! That I was born only to enjoy the perks of adolescence, Grow up to get a degree and a job, then someday get married, have kids, approach senescence, Finally to wear up, crumble and die. I refuse to accept the notion, that life is a race only to run far and blind. That if I dare to look sideways, I will be left behind. That my existence was a mere dot in the circle of life, that I was a part of no secret divine plan, the Five Billion Four Hundred and Eighth infant to be born, the Seven Billionth and counting adult to die. I look around and I see people filled with despondency, Crushed beneath the mighty burden of expectation. Only to satisfy the whims of society, And lead a life without dreams and aspiration. It is time I start to ask those bigger questions. “Why do I exist!!!” Questions that in my heart create strife. It is time I listen to my inner calling, a voice that dis-balances the equation of life. A voice that tells me I was born for a reason. A reason simple yet elegant. My moment of truth, my moment without FEAR. For I was born to be a CREATOR. Sure it would require restraint and serenity, but it would make my life sublime. A step closer to humanity, I would leave my imprints on the sands of time!
