I Notice
...I NOTICE I FEEL HELPLESS.
I'm anxious;
My muscle's are tense and so very sour.
...I NOTICE I FEEL VERY DEPRESSED.
I'm angry with myself for giving away my very own power;
And will to live and be.
...I NOTICED I FEEL FRUSTRATED.
I'm wondering what the other person will do.
...I NOTICED I FEEL USED.
Other people make decisions about my life-
I don't.
...I NOTICE I FEEL STUCK.
I feel paranoid almost all the time-
I don't know what will happen next,
And that truly scare's me.
...I NOTICE.
I need time to heal from the life i have led.
I'm wishing i hadn't given my personal power-
And heart and soul away.
...I NOTICE.
That i really have to change,
To feel happy again this very day.
