I Miss You Tom
I went to visit,
a dear old friend,
reading his poetry,
how long has it been.
Gone to a place,
of slumber, and peace,
I miss his words,
and all he could teach.
Many a night,
we would sit, and write,
his tales were many,
this man was a sight.
Although he's been gone,
for quite some time,
I know he is near,
and always on my mind.
Tom Bell was a man like no other.
His friends were truly his friends,
and he would do anything for any of them.
