I Miss You
I miss your voice,
I miss your face,
Your side of the bed,
Is now an empty space.
I miss your mouth,
I miss your chest,
That’s where my head,
Used to rest.
I miss your scent,
I miss your smile,
You’ve only been gone,
For a short while.
I miss your warmth,
I miss your loving arms,
You truly were,
A man of many charms.
I miss your laugh,
I miss your feet,
They kept mine warm in bed,
Which was really sweet.
I miss your hugs,
I miss the way we’d kiss,
You were my whole life,
Now I have to deal with this.
I’ll miss you even more tomorrow,
I miss you when I cry,
I’ll miss you each and every day,
Until the day I die.
