I Love This
I love this time
before the world comes alive.
The sun hasn't yet
fully risen.
It's light outside
but so blissfully quiet.
I can hear birds
as they begin their chirpin.
Reading my bible is
my first priority.
The day always seems
so much better.
Before I start breakfast
I look out to see
The sky's surprise
leaves birds much wetter!
