I Know My Place
Traveled all around the world
Places far and near
Always imagined of the perfect place
Where someone would hold me dear
Traveled deep within my soul
To confront my darkest fears
It seems that stormy weather
Always kept me oh so far away
From seeing a place of beauty
That is neither near nor far
For it’s a place in time
Where love unfolds
Upon thy lips,
I do place thee a kiss
A smile I surely see
I know my place
Beside thee
