I Just Want To Dance
There was a little girl
Who really knew how to dance
She wanted to show the world
But no one would give her a chance
She wanted to stun the world
She wanted to make a change
Instead of looking at her in amazement
The world looked at her as strange
The local TV station was hosting a talent show
She thought that this could be her big break
They laughed at the way she danced
She told herself this was a huge mistake
She ran away from her loved ones
She ran far away from town
She kept on walking further
Then she noticed that the sun was going down
"I want to make a difference,
I just want one chance",
She looked up at the moon
And she began to dance
The moon shined bright above her
The stars shined bright in the sky
The wind gently whispered to her,
"How amazed am I!"
I just wanted to make a change
I just wanted this one chance
Then a man came down from the sky,
and with the little girl, danced.
