I Have a Voice That Sings Again
I have a voice to sing again
It is all that matters now
A channel to take the flood of rain
To swell beneath lbow
I have a voice to sing again
The feathers of pain are freshly grown
Tumult within pours out again
Parables given life on their own
On the sand the turtle crawls
And flashes light against the waters flesh
Sunset soothe our labor, and the palls
Break while swallows so wildly thresh
Through the mesh of twilight and thought
I have a song to sing again
The elfs my love in their thicket has caught
The water is the turtles true domain
I have a voice to sing again
Winter making summer's rhyme
The wind to take away complain
The child to play in any clime
Joy left me to the thunder dancing
Peace finds me singing in the rain
And songs like evening's tide rising
Inside the voice that sings again
