Hitchhiking to Halifax, a friend offered to go with me. I felt elated, he was my hero! Then he robed me, and it hurt like a punch in the gut! Nov. 29th , 2015

How terrible for you Emile. It is sad how some people have no conscientious and don't mnd betraying a friend. I am sure that old adage "live and learn" came to mind. I had something simular happen to me and it still stings to think about it. At least you got a great poem from that experience. Your ending took me by surprise. #7
